the room i got felt quite small, especially when trying to manage luggage. there really wasn't enough space to comfortably open suitcases. also, the air conditioning was difficult to regulate. it struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. it did not create the most comfortable experience.

I liked the central location. It sits near many key attractions. Staff took care of my needs quickly. The breakfast selection included many choices. I enjoyed fresh pastries each morning.

Hallways felt a little dim, especially at night. Better lighting would enhance the experience.

the customer service felt excellent with very knowledgeable front desk staff. the hotel room felt lovely and well appointed. it was very easy to walk to major sites or I could use the subway. the LOCATION felt quiet and safe.

the HOUSEKEEPING was unsatisfactory. our room was not cleaned one of the days. sometimes, housekeeping disturbed us even when the do not disturb light was on. the bathroom sink did not drain properly after I requested IT to be fixed.

The bathroom had only a half-glass partition, which allowed some water to splash into the toilet area.
